| Re: Heavy metal signage fell off the facade of 1484 1st Avenue on 12/10/2019. Luckily no one was hurt, but this could have been disastrous. I called 311 the night it happened, but there does not appear to be any scaffolding or other safety measures taken. The signage needs to be inspected. Thank you. | ||||||
