| Comments: | At the time of my inspection of a 9 story building at foundation phase, I observed construction fence at exposure #1 and 4 collapse onto the sidewalk and into construction site. This creates a hazardous condition for pedestrian accessing sidewalk from injury and obstruction, because pedestrians have to walk into the street without safeguards. Stop all work entire job site only allowed to repair and maintain construction fence as per code. Request CSE for reinspection # 2555 - 2369 |
