Re: Owner is making kitchen in basement it home. . Owner has connected 1 gas stove illegally in basement feeding off 1st floor apartment. Gas connection. Basement apartment entrance is located in garage, behind stored unregistered red vehicle and wooden covered door. In addition 2nd floor apartment is feeding electricity off of 1st floor apartment via rear bedroom. 1st floor apartment used to be two bedrooms and wall was sealed to give bedroom to 2nd floor occupant. Therefore stealing electrical connections from other apartment. Owner does not live at home. Illegal gas hookup connected to washer dryer for 2nd floor tenant to first floor apartment. On other side of all. 1st floor. 2nd floor tenant was stealing gas and electricity off 1st floor apartment via illegal gas and electric hookup.. owner does not live at address. Only tenants.
