| 17 story new building at foundation excavation phase, I observed underpinning in progress at exposure #4. Investigation reveal that due to inadequate SOE and monitoring resulting building basement crack with a sink hole creating a collapsing hazard for adjacent property. no site safety manager on site, construction fence missing and no earthwork notification. Stop all work entire jobsite, Only allowed to provide safety monitoring and emergency work. Request CSE for reinspection CSE AUDIT | |||||
