| Weather advisory At time of inspection observed inadequate work and storage Zone. Material stored at zone exceeds height. No fencing on Barriers, not fully enclosing work zone also along the pedestrian pathway and sws 4ft solid plywood not secured unattached no 18 Guage wire mesh on top. Barriers not as per manufactures specs. Stop all used of work and storage zone and storage of material Exp# 1. Maintain barriers as per specs Request CSE for reinspection. | |||||
