At the time of my inspection of an eight-story building in the foundation excavation phase, I observed at Exp# 2 that lagging and piles were missing, contrary to the approved S.O.E. plans. Additionally, construction fencing was missing at Exp# 3 and 4, allowing unrestricted public access to the job site. These conditions are hazardous to the public and property. Stop all work on the entire job site except to install the required S.O.E. and construction fencing as per approved plans. Contact CSE
