| At the time of my inspection of a 3-story alteration building currently at excavation phase, I observed the excavation operations on site were contrary to approved plans. the demolition of the foundation wall of the expo#2. also, without a demolition permit. This creates a hazardous and unsafe condition for persons and property. Stop all operations at exposure# 2 and 10 feet back from property line obtain demolition permit. #2988 call CSE for re-inspection | |||||
