| Comments: | At the time of my inspection of a 4 story building, I observed sidewalk shed in place at exposure #1 did a search in BIS which alerted me that sidewalk shed permit has dean expired and has not bean renew or applied for, Also debris netting on supported pipe scaffold loose. This creates a hazardous condition for public and property. Summons issued for condition, obtain permits and maintain pedestrian protections as per code. |
