| Re: the owner at 1855 east 21st street has constructed illegal fencing in two areas of his home --- in his backyard he has a fence of his porch which is clearly over the legal limit , in addition to this he also constructed an illegal fence along my easement this is a fire hazard as if there is a fire --- he has blocked off my route of escape -- both fences must be taken down immediately due to safety concerns | ||||||
