| Re: Basement is huge fire hazard. Basement is being used as an apartment for approximately 20 illegal Mexican immigrants. There are approximately 10 bunk beds set up. The basement has an illegal kitchen and approximately 10 different false rooms in the basement separated by plastic sheets. There is one shared kitchen and two shared showers and bathrooms. There is no smoke alarm or carbon dioxide alarm. They all live there because they all work for an illegal construction company. They have commercial vans with non commercial PA plates parked illegally street side. This is a huge fire hazard. Many people will get hurt or possibly die if a fire happens. Please have FDNY and DOB respond to the basement. | ||||||
