| Re: 805 Saint Marks Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11213; indoor construction. Conflict took place at 1:30pm, 8/12/2020. I live in Unit B3D of this building that has had ongoing construction indoors and outdoors. As I returned to my unit this afternoon, I witnessed one of the construction workers applying plaster right outside my unit door. He was not wearing a mask, nor did he have one in close capacity to quickly cover his face when I got off the elevator. I was understandably startled and told him I need to get into my apartment. I also asked why he doesn't have a mask. He responded with an attitude and did not make the effort to socially distance himself from my door, nor find a mask to put on. He clearly and intentionally put my life in danger. | ||||||
