| Re: 174 68th street illegal alternation, the house have always contain many new faces coming out and in every single day. I have been living across 174 68th street for about almost 4 years. Every single day, there are many people located outside of the house creating lots of noise. On 6/14/2020, around 1:30PM I spoke with a resident on the 2nd floor, he made it clear that he live in the front portion of the 2nd floor and there are other residency in the back portion of the floor. I have no idea how many residency living there but their noise from the front of the house are disturbing. on 6/13/2020, i also spoke with a woman who also said that she live in the front portion and i asked if anyone other than your family living in the second floor. She assured that she lived in the front portion of the house and there is other residency living in the back portion of the house. With this i am sure this house 174 68th street on the 2nd floor living 2 family illegally. I have checked Department of Building this house only contains 2 family with a detached garage. Please have someone check, it is unfortunate and unfair to our neighbors. It is very dangerous to live more than designated families as all utilities will be overloaded. The Lady i spoke with said she lived in the front portion of the house for almost 1 year and every month shes paying a little more than $1000. |
