| Re: 1- This is listed as a 2 family home but is actually an multiple dwelling of 3 occupied apartments, with unit 1 being rented as a duplex with an illegal basement. 4 stories- 3 unique apartments, no one related to anyone, 3 mailboxes, etc. 2- I reported a fire hazard since no laws are enforced as a multiple dwelling, and HPD refused to work off anything but the existing COO. They did not cite the lack of fire escapes or illegal basement. 3- I am in apartment 3 which has 2 bedrooms. My roommate has left in the night and at 3am, 2 unrelated related men arrived and said they live here now. So 3 unrelated, non dating people in a 2 bedroom apartment. This is also contrary to law & am feel extremely threatened as this was not the agreement in living here. | ||||||
