At the time of inspection, observed inadequately maintained sidewalk creates tripping hazard to public. Also, jobsite condition did not conform to the approved plan. Observed damaged adjoining properties. Cracked concrete paving at exp2 rear yard and separation between curb and asphalt paving and cracks on the parking lot at exp4 observed. No excavation and new work allowed except to conform to plan or amend plan and repair and provide protection to adjoining properties at exposure 2 and 4. . |
