| Re: Elevator does not go to lobby. It stops at the first floor. Access to trash bins in this residential building is on the lobby floor. Several elder (myself) and disabled persons live here and need the elevator to reliably go to the lobby, especially during the winter, for safety and quality of life. There are times the elevator doesn't work at all. One incident I went to the doctor and the elevator was working, upon return the elevator was not working and it took me half an hour to get to my unit, 3B. | ||||||
