| Re: Stella Tower has been/continues to be used for short term rentals. Board members, property managers and the building's attorney all take steps to facilitate these short term rentals. Several weeks ago I sent the board members notice that it was their responsibility to curtail short term rentals over the US Open and my email was ignored. I recently received a Cease and Desist from one board member for attempting to stop short-term rentals at Stella Tower. I need help of the OSE as the blatant use of this Class A building for short term rentals is beyond just one or two units or one or two owners. | ||||||
