| Re: At 1412 Madison Avenue, Apartment 3B, the new owners 1410-1412 MADISON AVE OWNER LLC and the head officer ITAY GAMLIELI have been hiring illegal workers to illegally convert a 1.5 bedroom 1 bathroom unit to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. They have installed new plumbing without permits, they have conducted alteration work without permits pulled. They have not notified the neighbors regarding construction, they have not notified the residents regarding construction nor shown then the legal permits. They have not posted permits in the residence or in the building. They have hired unlicensed plumbers to add new plumbing to the building that has caused flooding in other apartments. They have instructed their illegal workers not to talk to anyone. The owner ITAY GAMLIELI claimed he was the manager and not the owner. They are continuing to do illegal construction without permits. They lied to the residents and neighbors about having permits. The construction is still underway. |
