| Re: I live on the top floor in apt 6F. T mobile the phone company are doing construction on the roof without a permit. There are plenty of permits downstairs but, it is for the sidewalk shed, NOT T MOBILE| I am 68 years old and disabled and all of this noise and construction is really disrupting my peace and it makes it difficult for me to plan my days.
