| Proposed facade repairs to a 29 stories, 248ft high occupied building that is deemed UNSAFE, job# M00877282.At the time of my inspection I observed an active site. I also observed that the installed Riggs are different from the ones on the approved CD5. The frames are different and there is insulation and the drawings does not require insulation. 1 PSWO ISSUED. | |||||
