Re: the banging and clanging and metal grinding for much of the day on SATURDAY 4/27/2024 reported in previous complaint was more likely coming from work on the heat and hot water being done in at least and most likely, residential apt, 4A. more then one other tenant was inconvenienced by this noise occurring most of the day. This work is very likely not covered by the Tenant Protection signs, with permits posted in the hallway landing, designated with the commercial tenant's DOB job numbers, and again SATURDAY. Another tenant asked me what these permit notices posted in hallway were for. Thats a good question. thank you
