| Re: There seems to be a defective boiler at 610 west 145st, 10031. You can hear the boiler every time it goes off. This occurs throughout the hour, on multiple occasions. This is concerning due to it being at a combustion capacity or possibly over heating. This is not a normal sound and is a very loud and noisy sound. The building manager has been made aware and most recently through a petition signed by multiple tenants in the building. | ||||||
