| Re: I would like to report inappropriate balcony construction happening at my apt building right next to where I'm trapped in my apt due to quarantine. It is extremely loud drilling while I am trying to work and have nowhere to go. Also we already know this construction is causing dust to come into our apartments and has silica which causes cancer, so I am here with my cat completely unprotected. And can't go anywhere else.
