PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: IT WAS DETERMINED BY CON EDISON THAT THERE WAS A GAS LEAK LOCATED IN THE EXISTING GAS METER ROOM AND THE GAS METER AND REGULATOR TO THIS GAS GENERATOR LINE WAS SHUT OFF.
