FOR THE VIOLATION (DEFECTIVE LIGHT FIXTURE AREIN USE IN KITCHEN AREA) WE REPLACED/INSTALLED NEW FIXTURESINTHE KITCHEN AREA. EVERYTHING ELSE IN APARTMENT WAS OK.
