| Description of Work: |
We will be using the crane #4408 (DOB pages attached) on site at 177-16 Wexford Terrace to position and install iron structural beams as per the approved structural plan. Once each floor has been framed, we will install 4" metal decks on each floor and prepare them as necessary for pouring concrete. Any noise complaint received will result in AHV being rescinded. Depending on where we left off on the Friday before the AHV permit, we will either be using the weekend to add another floor of structural framing or we will be pouring concrete. Both of our neighbors on either sides are vacant houses so we do not think we will cause any noise complaints but we will try to push the noisier parts of our construction into the afternoon so as not to bother anyone around us. We would like to request work hours from 7am to 10pm on 7/18/15 and 7/25/15. We are requesting this AHV as a public safety issue since we are directly across from a school on a narrow block and we would like to limit crane use as much as possible once the school year has begun and children will be around the site. We have approx. 6 weeks before school opens and we are working hard to complete as much heavy machinery work prior to that date and this AHV permit will be a great help. |
