Re:  CALLER IS REPORTING PROPERTY OWNER THAT CONVERTED HIS GARAGE INTO AN APARTMENT. HE ALSO BROKE ONE OF THE SUPPORTING WALLS TO HIS HOME AND MADE AN OPENING INTO THE GARAGE WHICH LEADS TO THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. HE ALSO TORE DOWN THE EXTERIOR REAR WALL GOING INTO THE BACKYARD TO BUILD A SLIDING DOOR. HE ALSO BUILT A FOLDABLE STAIRCASE IN THE HOME AS WELL.
