| Re: Scaffolding at 224 W. 112th with shed has been up FOR 4-5+ years. Nothing ever happens on the building with it. (seems like city is paying for NOTHING) why? Now there is a board hanging over the side of the East side of it - waiting to fall on someone. Also the shed and scaffolding harbor many people doing drugs on and off all night - as a safe haven. Can this be removed and the board on the East side of it be secured until it can come down and stop the neighborhood from doing drugs underneath it. It solves no point and is a nuisance to the whole block. | ||||||
